Principle of natural justice.

1. Does violation of principles of natural justice need to be pleaded specifically in the plaint?

2. If it is not specifically pleaded in the plaint, Can it be adduced with evidence and argued orally.

In cross we have proved
1. I was terminated by Disciplinary Authority against whom I lodged police complaint.
2. I was terminated by subordinate to appointing authority.

These both point are not in statment of claim.
