I am about to file a probate with repect to unregistered Will. I just wanted to clarify that the valuation of immoveable property in the probate petition has to be done by "proper valuation firm" OR it can be a self accesseed value of the immoveable properties?
Please note that the properties are based in Haryana region. It would be a great help if some one can help with this.
