Probation

As per the legal requirement for a company registeted under the Shops & Estrablishment Act of Mumbai - hoew many days notice period is required to be served by an employee on probation?

What is the maximum period that an employee can be put on probation?

 in U.P. Shop and Commercial Establishment Act there is no such provision of probation. i thinks same may in Maharastra  Shop and Commercial Employment Act
