1.36 people joined PSU at JAG level on 25.10.2010 as Direct Recruits and lateral entry.
2. 2 people in the PSU were at STS grade on 25.10.2010.
3.These two people got promotion in 2011.They were earlier unabsorbed employees in the PSU and chose to take absorption in the PSU.
4.As per the RR ,these two people got promoted to GM level at SAG on 17.04.2017.
5.The lateral recruits in the meantime vide their RR got promoted to Jt GM level in 2016. The moment these 2 people who were junior at the day of 25.10.2010 when the 36 people people joined--- represented and their case was given due consideration and the entire 36 people were promoted to GM level wef 17.04.2017 and placed above these 2 people in seniority level.
6.Now as per RR,these 36 people have spent 5 years at GM ( SAG level) and have represented for consideration of promotion to HAG level.
7.The current management, is in no mood to give promotion to these 36 people and is considering review of the earlier DPC. Is it legal??
8.The 36 people have approached CAT for their pending promotion.
Is the demand of promotion and publish of seniority list by 36 people illegal ??
Do these 36 people have a case in favour for them?
