Property claim

My mother divided the property amongst four people.

all four of us has 25% share of the flat.Amongst the four people one of them wants to give thier 25% to me

question: is there a need of other 2 people signature to tranfer the 25% to me? please assist me

No it is not required the person seeking to transfer his 1/4th can execute a registered gift deed in your favour for the same.

I assert to what Bharat has said. Only thing I want to add is, if in case the four people are brothers or sisters and one sister/brother is giving/transferring his/her 25% share in your favour, then you can have a Deed of Relinquishment executed in your favour. It does not require stamp duty to be paid on the same except the nominal amount of stamp duty of rs.500/- plus the registration charges.
