Property dispute

Owner of shop died. Shop was in possession of tenant from long time and he was not vacating . 1 son of owner filed suit for eviction. Other 3 sons refused to pursue case . During the case , compromise happened and shop was vacated . The other 3 sons have now come back and asking for share in the shop .

What is the remedy for 1st son ? He spent lot of money in court and asked his brothers to pay that . But they have refused to pay him any money .

Is there any remedy for the 1st son ?

No,  all legal heirs of owner  have equal share and rights in shop. Settle the issue amicably. Forget what you have spent  money to get vacatted the shop.
