one more thing. 2 years back i purchased a plot in her name worth Rs 6 lac (registered at 40000/-) in good faith from my salary.
I have copy of registered deed. But payment was made in cash & my bank statement shows that in the month of registry there is withdrawal of 2-3 lac in continuous 10 days.
How can i get back my plot ? or how i should present to court in my DV case for maintenance ?
Please guide ?
