Property right

dear friends,

Article 300A of the indian constitution gives one constitutional right to people of india. indian telegraph act 1885 has a prevelege to use the property of a person but may pay compensation presently Electricity Act 2003 section 164 borrows the same status. a person doesnot have a right to protect his property but only to be satisfied by the settled compensation by DM or Commission.

telegrph Act 1885 is an old law which requirs to be repealed after formation of coporation and privatisation and elctricity act 2003 and related laws and rules should not rest on the telegraph act.

peoples' forum should see the matter and take steps to save the interest of the people, because land loosers are not treated as affected people under the scheme of the industry for which benefit the electricity is used.

please discuss.
