Dear sir,
We recently purchased a residential plot of land for house construction purposes in a town i.e. Major panchayat (where population is less around one lakh & not a Muncipality).We have not started house construction.
whether we have to pay any tax on this vacant plot of land in this regard.Pls advise.

No property tax is to be paid for a vacant land
