Property transfer

Hello,

I need some clarification some Property Transfer. My Moms Father transfered a preperty in his name to my Father, like sold the property to my father. My father has all the legal documents. This property is in AP and we reside in Chennai, TN.

Now there is a house built there. Now my father would like to transfer the property to my Mom and I have no issues with it. How can he proceed with changing the name on the property leagally.
