Putting a goodbye mail

Hello,

I am working with TCS, Gujarat and serving my notice period.

My question is, Can I drop a good bye mail on my last day of working in the company, mentioning good and bad attributes of my supervisors and mangers?. If I drop a mail, this mail would be shared by a particular batch of domain who are working under my Manger. The whole batch would easily read my email, which will be sharing my supervisors good and bad attributes.

If I do so, would my company ask me to revoke that email or would ask me to submit apology?

If I dont submit apology, would they stop my releaving letter?

As my supervisors behaved personally wrong to me during my career with TCS, I would like to highlight their attributes to the other employees who are working under him.

Please guide me with your valuable experience.

Thanks,

Shobhit

You cannot use the company's resources to air your grievances and still get relieved properly.

You can give it a try as TCS is not perceived to be a vindictive employer. But this news would definitely be shared across companies and you my become marked.

I advice you to exit respectfully and start afresh with the new company.
