Question - partition of property under hma?

Hello, 

I was researching something and found the following case laws where partition was claimed under HMA. I have some questions:

1) Can a wife file for partition/claim on property under HMA for herself?

2) Can a partition/claim be filed on behalf of a minor legitimate child under HMA?

3) Is the claim related to both ancestral as well as self acquired property?

4) Any other advice related to right on property under HMA?
