What is an arbitrator doing in the cheque bounce case?, how is he related to this?, cheque bounce cases are dealt by magistrate courts, come out with details if you want proper opinion.

In This case,Arbitrator failed to play the duties & responsibilities for which he was appointed. There is a written document(Panchayati Raazinaama,Now arbitrator under the pressure of party NO.1 has produced the cheque of party no.2,But Arbitrator has not fulfilled the terms & conditions which were laid down in Panchayati Raazinama,Thereby violating the whole process & has not been abled to play the role of a trustee. So what can be the outcome, whereas party no.2 has a proof of violation by arbitrator & non committal from the party no.1.Please guide.

You may have to consult a local lawyer by producing all relevant papers before him, take his opinion and decided about next course of action. It will be very difficult to give an opinion without seeing any papers.documents or knowing the proper details about the issue.
