My wife allegated that her Ansestoral jewellery is in my custody ,My Case is running from 5 years . I was Jailed also and got regular bail.
Now during recovery proceddings , Police is not able to recover anything except her clothes .
Question is :- this failure of police to recover jewellery , This non recovery , will help me in fighting case and proove my innocense or it will help my wife to
prove her case,
