Regarding hindu settlement deed on ancestral property

Respected Lawyers

We are family of 3 brothers and from agriculture family background. We are married and have kids. My mother passed away recently who I was taken care and my father is with me who is aged 80. I am a cancer survivor. My father wanted to do something for me. He is asking me to take little extra share to take care my health in case of cancer reoccur in future. He is ready to do Settlement deed on ancestral property. My younger brother is fine with that by considering my health situation but my elder brother and his family not interested. My father and younger bother are hurt and ready to do settlement without elder brother. I am not very sure this is legal and I don't want to get into legal trouble in future.

Kindly let us know if my father and younger brother do a settlement deed on some share. Are there any consideration by law for illness.

Please provide us your valuable clarification/suggestion in this regard.

Thanks in advance!
