Dear Sir,
Wife filed a case of 125 crpc. Husband submitted reply. argument for interim over and court rejected the interim of wife but awarded it to the son. Later on in continuation of the case wife led her evidence after more than one year which was objected by the husband from time to time. Now it is the turn of husband but before he proceeded, he desire to file a rejoinder in the replication of the evidence of the wife.
Kindly guide how to proceed in the court.
