My grand mother ( father's mother ) got property from her parents after their death because she was single child of her family. after her death my grand father started to sell these property one by one without any one consult of family. and i want to prevent it because selling of property is use less. how can i do? is he right to sell? and who is actual owner of her property.

Dear Client, after death of your grand mother and if she left the property in her own name, your father,your grand father,your uncle if any,your father's sister if any are equal right over the property.Your father should file a partition suit against the others legal heirs with praying an injunction in Civil Court..
