Can a relinquishment of property be done by Special Power of Attorney?

      No, Power of of Attorney is appointment of your representative on behalf of you in your absence,(if you are not available in that area or country), relinquishment deed is complete discharge of your right in that particular property .

Dear Shayastha,

It cannot be done by Special Power of Attorney. Relinquishment deed is necessary for the relinqishment.
