Rendition of details regarding assets and claiming share

Hindu male intestate succession. Class 1 heirs - widow and daughter only. Daughter married settled abroad. Does not know what assets/ liabilities her late father has. Widow unwilling to share or to disclose details on the same and even on ancestral property from father's end.  Widow asking daughter to get to India and fetch answer for yourself. What options are available for daughter in this case, as daughter does not want to file partition suit as yet. Can a rendition of details regarding assets/liabilities and claiming share be possible and can this matter be taken with high court directly. If widow has emptied all movable assets what remedy is available. Can the rendition of details be achieved with out the daughter being present in India. Can any form of writ be possible in this case.

1. Engage a Lawyer who deals in Property matter to investigate and find out details of all property of deceased. Based on this Claim Suit or Partition Suit can be filed in local Civil Court.

2. High Court has no jurisdiction on such things.
