Hello,
One of my friend residing in Kerla requested loan of Rs. 70000.00 during last aug over phone. I transfered the amount to his wife Axis bank account. There are two transaction. I know him for more than 7 years. we worked together.
He agreed to repay the amount with 15 Days. he was attending my call till last april. Please advice how the proceed.

Dear Srinivasa,
You seems to be in big trouble.
It is very difficult to prove it.
There are some remedies available provided that he picks up your call and meet you.
