Request for advice on transfer petition

I have filed a case of Right to Conjugal Rights against my wife in Feb'15 at my parental place in Uttar Pradesh which is about 30 Kms from Delhi where my wife stays in her paternal home and working in one of the reputed business organization of comapny. Till date she had not appeared in the court at my parental house (30 kms from her house in Delhi).

Now she had filed the transfer petition in Supreme Court to transfer the case to Delhi court citing the following reasons:

1) She is unable to travel to court in Uttar pradesh without Private Vehicle.

2) She has two younger siblings who are depenedent on her. (In reality both siblings are engineering graduates and working in Delhi).

Please guide me how to counter her petition in Supreme Court so that the case could not be transferred.

Thanks!!!

Sir,

Completly irrelevant grounds she has stated, she is just delaying things in order to legally extort you.
