Very recently a court in Mumbai has passed an order against BMC in case where in BMC had issued eviction notice to flat owner in a building for not having OC. Court said it's job of builder and architects to get OC and not of flat owner. Please help as BMC is on extortion spree and issuing such vague notices to several societies in Mumbai.
