Resignation

Hi,

If I am resigning from my company and the official are saying we will not give you any relieving letter or any documents and saying that we will give negative feedback if you give our company number for feedback, 

What rights do I have against these situation and where I can complaint abut these.
 I belong to a software firm.

You have to follow as per your appointment letter terms & conditions. Or else follow company standing orders towards employees. At last you can give complaint to the labour commissioner at your office nearby. You can submit your grievance to the labour commissioner online system also. Refer www.pgportal.gov.in
