Rights of builder

Builder sold ground floor for commercial purposes, actually meant for parking,due to that total height of building extends beyond approved plan,4 floors mentioned in the approved plan,but EB rejected as deviation in height,as a purchaser of 4th floor ,what remedy is available? EB connection given to unapproved ground floor shops and 1&2 floor, 3&4 th floor connection not given, suggest remedy

buildings permission must be taken from local municipal authorities

Hello,

It is the builder's unfair trade practices. Purchaser has to approach the consumer commission and file complaint against the builder for compensation and refund of money.
