Rights of grandchildren

Mrs A(Female) has three sons, Mr A Mr B and Mr C.Mrs A is a widow. If Mrs A makes a will stating that her all property belongs to Mr C in the absence of Mr A and Mr B, is there any rights to Mr A and Mr B to fight against this. Is there any chances that the Siblings of Mr A or Mr B(Grand children) can have the rights to gain the property which was belongs to Mrs A. Kindly reply me.(Mrs A is also passed away)

Mrs A has every right to dispose her property as per her wish by making a WILL. If the WILL is valid as per law, the other children or the grand children have no say in the matter.

If property belongs to woman if can make will and A or B don't have any right to claim any thing

Actually that property does not belongs to her, I mean she received that property from her father.

In this case do the grandchildren have rights on that property since she received that property from her father/mother.

Even in that case, it is her absolute property in view of S. 14 HSA and she can dispose it in the way she likes.
