Role of counselers in the Family Court

Its rather routine procedure in the  courts that a dispute is referred to the counselors in Family court; some talk, some questions  here and there and then no more.
a report is submitted to the judges  about  the inability resolve the dispute. Everything seems to be so bland and marred with routine.I wonder what afforts the conselors put for the task assigned to them and what skills they really have to give real justice to their noble and paying jobs

Dear Sanjeev

Do you think that the family courts are functioning aiming the object of the said Act by the aid of this councillors in whom some  are immoral, drunkards, corrupt preferably probation officers. Is it what the Nation dream of with that Act and procedure. How many non-perverts are there in the dias for dealing the family dispute. Is the authority ever think of the family relation life of a judge in that court. A disrupted, immoral, dejected, perverted, family troubled, egoist whether he can deal the case of a family either as councilor or judge is the question.  There are so many good, fair and pious amoung so many bad and ugly. Find the good at least the average for the said posts. At present the councilling is a mechanical process without any benfits to the families.

There should be a form / questionarre which the Counsellor has to fill up. Format of his report should also be prescribed. The source of his knowledge while filing up the format has to be mentioned. CAN WE FORUM MEMBERS COME UP WITH A QUESTIONNARE and FORMAT OF A COUNSELLORS REPORT? It is easy and should be like giving  an objective test with some space for additional remarks ,if any.

I fully agree with Rajan. lot of positivity in his approach. However an advocate's perspective is restricted only to legal aspect of the case.  a knowledgable pyschologist can also contricbute to prepare a questionaire. Lets work it out?
