Killers stalk the RTI activists. Beware. Govt is sleeping.

It was "Official Secret Act 1923" made by the Britishers so that Indians will not be aware as to what is going on by the Administration.  The said act was gone died with imforcment of democratic constitution on 26 January 1950 but the Black Britishers (Bureaucrats) continued it and as a result now the RTI Act has come to punish the public servants who will sieze the information from the people.

Similarly, the "Annual Confidential Report" was a system adopted by Britishers so that they will control the Indian Government servants (then there were no public servants) and the Black Britishers are continued with this practice which is now out of need.  We have to stop this system of ACR instead of it there should be "Periodical Work Report" for every public servant.

Under this system the "CHANCHAs" only get promotion who support their corrupt superiors.

ACR system is a dictatorship which is against democratic constitution and hence it is an anti-constitutional system.

You please apply a copy of last/passed year's ACR and update us here, we will be with you to fight.

Do we know that in the defence forces, the ACR is shown to the officer reported upon and he has to sign the report in token of having been apprised of the contents.

ACRs ad corruption.

Two IAS husband and wife couple in MP were sleeping on 3 crores of 1000 currency notes. Do you think they accumulated this wealth without sharing it with the Netas?

Bhartiya No. 1 (Nationalist)     21 July 2010

Definately not Anil Sir, even they have been caught to share it further with other's also. Once every one will get their share they/IAS couple will be out and get re posting.

Sorry to interrupt here. I would like to know whether PIO is obliged to disclode the same under the provisions of RTI Act 2005? Your kind attention also drawn to the DOPT OM No 10/20/2006-IR dated 21.09.2007 whereby it  states that the discolure of ACR is discretion of Public Authority.
