I have taken VRS from Income-tax Deptt. I have done my LL.M from University of Bombay in 1985. I wish to practice in Income Tax appellate tribunal and High Court, in relation to Income-tax matters. What is the procedure for obtaining sanad and do I have to take an exam? what are the subjects for such exam ?
