We are Running a Pvt. Un. aided CBSE School in Madhya Pradesh. As per the compition is growing in education field we have to Increase the employee salary and school facilities. For this we need to increase the school fee by 25%. and we have got the consent of school managing comitee as per CBSE Guidelines.
Is this leagally correct?
Is there anything which stops us to hike the fees by 25%?
Some Says you cannot increse more then 15% accoridng to law?
Do any outside politial agency have right to interfere in school managment?
