Second appeal procedure

I am accused in a criminal case under section 323 IPC. I was termed for 1 year term by Judicial magistrate, I went for appeal to additional district judge. Now, if ADJ also find my guilty then will he send me to jail directly or will allow me time for second appeal in high court? ADJ has already taken bail under 437A CRPC. Waiting for your valuable inputs, Thanks in advance.

If the judgment is in disfavour of you you must go to jail. You'll be released only after the High Court grants bail.
