We have filed a cheque bounce section 138 ,N.I act . But the Accused has moved to DUBAI , we do not have his dubai address .
Kindly let me know Which is the INSTITUTION OF AUTHORITY in DUBAI which handles all these activities like VISA renewal and has the Authority to DEPORT the immigrant on grounds of NOT DECALRING the Criminal case on the VISA applicant . I wish to forward the case details to them .
For Example , in London the INSITUTION OF AUTHORITY would be " U .K . Border Agency " which has the authority to DEPORT a criminal .
