Seeking your valuable advise on the issue & confusion.
Am a muslim guy married to a muslim girl, we have some incompatible issue among us. I have sent three talaq notice to her every month over a three-month period & filed suit in court. In the mean time, she has filed DVC against myself & my family members. In DV case she has put up 2 demands (1. Interim maintenance 2. Shared household) I need few clarifications on the below queries
1. How to give very low maintenance amount to her ? (She is unemployed and B.E graduate)
2. Shared household which she claim the property is belongs to my mother. How do i prevent her from entering my mother's house premises ?
