Dear Sir,
Recently, I have purchased a flat in the same society as my Father's. So we have 2 flats in the society. However, I continue staying with my Father and have given out the purchased flat on rent. We have two cars but the Society informs us that since I am not staying in the other flat which has been rented out, one car will need to be parked outside the society. My contention is that since we have 2 flats, we are entitled for 2 parking spaces. Note, tenants are not allowed to park their vehicles in the society.
Can you please help me with suitable bye-laws of the society with regards to Parking which can help me settle the same with the Society.
Thanks in advance,
Eugene
