Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchase a flat at Ahmedabad. I booked it on 2009 but getting possesion in June 2013. Now at the time of making paperslder ask for service Tax. Is it compulsary to pay after giving 6% Tax than additional Service Tax ?
My flat is newly constructed and costing is only 7 lakhs & 15 thousand.
