There is an apartment in my father`s name who is no more. Me ,my brother and my step mother are the only legal heirs to my father. Me and My step mother have decided to surrender our shares to my brother. My step mother demands 4 lakhs rupees for this and we have agreed orally.

2.In Which stamp paper this deed needs to be registered so that this property is legally clean at my brothers disposal in future.
