My wife has purchased a flat from her Housing Building Advance(HBA). Now, they are giving second advance but the employee had to sell the flat and repay the balance and take a fresh loan(It appears the Govt. will give loan for only one house). Whether she can give the settlement in my name and whether i can relinquish my share in the land at my native place(joint property), enabling her to get the loan.
