Share of daughters in Mother's property..

As per Sunni law, what is the share of daughter in their mother's property, Does it makes any difference in share if it is mothers property .

1) Mother has 1 son and 1 daughter.what wil be the share of daughter..

2) what will be the share if there are 2 daughters and 1 son ?

As per Islamic law daughter gets half of the share of son.

In reply to your ist question.

single daughter gets one third share of the total property, the son gets the other two third share left by their demised mother.

In reply to question two.

Two daughters gets half of the property and remaining half of the property will get son in his share
