Shared parenting plan

HI EXPERTS,

Wife/Mother/Custodial parent filed D.V in 2014. A Husband/Father/NonCustodial Parent has filed for R.C.R in 2014

The father has made an application for shared Parenting Plan so that he could get access of his child during litigation and the Hon'ble judge has also directed the mother to file her reply within 30 days to the same. The wife came with a reply stating that there is no provision in Shared Parenitng Plan (Hence cannot reply to access application) approved by the Bombay High Court to grant shared parenting plan in R.C.R.

IF THIS HOLDS False can legal experts help me with relavent citation where access has been granted and or any legal feed back how can i defend creative loop hole

THANKS IN ADVANCE

Dear All,

Thanks for alladvise but all seems to understand legal difficulties. If bride is arrogant

then limited chance for bridgegroom to get relief.

shared parenting?

Good joke.

You both will just insult kids and show how big arseholes you both are.  In matters of divorce, one has to have strong mind.

Hemant - can you please share the shared parenting plan you are talking about to suggest better. What are the the provisions you asked? It needs to be inline with law commission report 257. Other wise there can be problems. Plesae share you petition/plan
