Shop and establishemnt

Hi members,

I have shop and establshment registered sole propertership firm in hyderabad.

I wanted to know can I do online services/business with this registration

Shops & Establishment Act is a State subject, which differ from a State to another.

However, it (online service /business) depends upon the type of business you have registered with the concerned authority.

It would be better to consult a local prudent lawyer for appreciation of facts/ documents and professional advise.
