How much can we charge for Shops? Eg. If flat contibution is 100, shops should provide 200. Is this the ideal strategy or normal practice?
In society act, it;s not mentioned, how much we can charge for shops. Shops are meant for commercial purposes. Flats at not. In some cases, flats are rented too. In this case, rentals and shops can contribute 200 each. Is that right?
What is the normal procedure?

It's decided by Society. The rate of Commercial property is different from residential property it's necessary becuz the commercial property use for business purpose.
