society noc for sale

i have flat in co- op society in navi mumbai cidco i want to sell my flat

so i asked secretary to give me noc for sell but society in not issuing noc for me . i was also asked to society to give me cidco service charges clarens certificate , but i get informetion that society is not paid service charges it is app.rs. 2,50,000 society is not able to pay this amount to cidco

because of this due cidco is not isse clarens certificate

with out this two my party not get any loan

so i can not sell my flat

what to do? kindly gide me

1. You can approach the Consumer Court, file a case for appropriate relief, citing "deliberate negligence" and "wilful default in services". Make CIDCO, as one of the parties.

2. You can also petition the deputy registrar of your area, citing "misappropration of funds" by the society mg.committee and failure to pay to CIDCO. Petition for dismissal and debarring of the mg.committee and directions to make good the outstandings to CIDCO, citing inconvienvce to society members.

BUT, Before above, get correspondences, notices etc... that has been issued to the Society from CIDCO.
