Dear Sir/ Mam,
I am buying a flat , I have done the agreement & DD is ready in bank.
Bank needs below clauses in society NOC which society is not accepting.
pl help me that how can i tackle with this problem.
Bank Clause :
We are aware that (Purchaser) has approached you for a loan for purchase of the aforesaid flat from (seller). I/We am/are prepared to register Bank’s charge in my/our books in respect of the said flat and that ( Purchaser) will not be permitted to transfer, assign, sell off or in any other way deal with the said flat prejudicial to the interest of the Bank without the prior consent of the Bank.
Bank Clause :
lien on the said (share) certificate in favour of the AXIS Bank will be registered with the society.
