Stay order against property

I want to apply for Stay Order against Property.  As per Trial Court, We have one third share in the property and defendent has not submitted any evidenec against us.

Case is at finishing stage. How much time required for stay order ? Please mentione your fees . May be possible, We shall file a posession case from You/ New Lawyer.

You have show reasons to the court that why do you want stay against the property and if you share is already decided then why do you want stay ?
