Dear Sir/Madam
i am a small retailer. i have bought some goods from the maufacturer 4 times. i have done some advance payment through cheques (cleared)& given him some pdc's (some got cleared & some i have stopped) which i have stopped. after inspection of the goods i found that most of the garments are defected like colour bleeding, size problem etc. i told him to change the stocks & do not present the cheques (verbal communication) he said ok but he presented the cheques & filed a case against me u/s 138, 420 etc. etc.i am scared. pls advice.
i have also sold some of the garments now my customers are also harrassing me & i m getting very bad name. which is also hurting my reputation in the market. pls tell me what to do.
How can i fight?
