Succession certificate

can any one tell me under what Act/Rules/GO does the following certificates are issued by COURT:

(1) succession certificate for immovable property issued by COURT
sucession certificate for debts and securities are issued as per Indian Succession Act
what about succession certificate for immovable properties - under which Act/Rules/GO ?

(2) legal heirship certificate issued by court
MRO / thasildar is no more issuing legal heir certificate in AP state (except for govt employees to claim graduity, pf, etc)
what about legal heir certificate issued by court - under which Act/Rules/GO ?

Succession Certificate granted by the Court  under Indian Succession Act is only in respect of the securities and debts of deceased person. For immoveable property you would be required Letter of Administration.  Please seek the help of an Advocate for that purpose.
