Sugestion in dv, 2nd marreage or lir

First of all I am so thank full to all helping hand for people like me, who is layman abt INdian laws.

I need suggestion about 2nd marreage or Leave in Relation.
1) my wife and me sepereted from last 3 years. She dont want to stay with me as she denied in medietion. 
2) I am paying 3000 Rs. Under 125 order. From last 2 years.
3) Domestic voilance case is pending from 1.3 year. In DV she is demanding 7000 Rs as a mentenance PM. (For herself and 3 year Doughter)
4) she was working before marreage and now also earning as an employe, 8000 Rs Pm. ( my sallry is 28000/-Rs pm.)
5) wife demanding 15 lacks for MCD.which am not atall able to pay in my life.
6) I didnt file divorce till date.
 
 
Now my questions are..
 
 
1) will court order me for mentenance? How much it should be as per her and my income?
2)is it fine , if I file divorce from my side?
3) I want to marry with one girl whose family is ready for our marreage after knowing my past. So can how can it is possible in next 3 to 4 months?
4) can we stay together in Leave in Relation?
5) What is the leagel prosidure for LIR

1. court has already given maintenance in crpc 125 case.

2. you can file for divorce, it is not fine etc. it is messy. as demand is of 15 lakhs, don't agree or pay.

3. exchange garlands privately.

4. you can stay as live-in.

5. no problem if this new girl and her family support.

Law does not allow you to marry again untill legally divorced from first wife. You can be punished for bigamy. In your case if the new partner and family are supportive then there are other ways to live in with her such as labelling your partner as your employee, paying guest, etc. This has to be done very tactfully to dodge the law.
