Surname mismatch

I had an issue with surname mismatch.

My father name has mentioned as NALLA.But my surname has NAALLA on my all document and passport.

I am trying to apply for H1 VISA(US). Please guide will it cause any issue in future?

Please let us is there any procedure to overcome this issue with out making any changes in surnames of me and my father.

you can change your surname on all your documents.

its better to have same spelling which will avoid any future problems.
