syllabus

Hi, I am Varun Mishra, done MCA in 2009, currently working in MNC in Gurgaon as Software Engineer, I want to clear PCS J exam of U.P. My age is 25 year's. I am thinking to do LLB by mode of correspondence course. After doing LLB, I will be eligible to attend PCS J exams ? Can I really get through ? I need help from your side as a good sugession.
