Just log on to www.incometaxindiaefilling.gov.in
Go to E-file
Select Prepare and submit online
You can submit ITR 1 and ITR-4S online
Depending upon your source of income you can choose appropriate ITR form, Fill in and upload. In case your total income is less than maximum chargeable to tax, you are entitled to claim and get refund of tax deducted at source.
