A tenant who didn't paid rent for 22 months.filed an injunction. the injunction was dismissed by coimbatore- Tamilnadu court. now the tenant filed a new case in Police station that the land lord teased him using his caste name. but for the police enquiry the tenant not appeared. Police closed the case. can the tenant restart the same case in any manner? is there chance for arresting the land lord. land lord aged 80 years. is there evidence required for arresting?
